For those wondering, I normally serve her Maestro Doebl (blanco). It’s cheap & it’s drinkable. It’s at least as flavorful as Cuervo (gold) & it’s smoother than Patron (blanco). I myself drink Corzo (anejo), also cheap. There are certainly better tequilas to be had, but it’s a matter of balancing what I can request to stock in the bar against taste. Doebl & Corzo are (very!) happy mediums.
